Нi! I am Elena Batuyeva, a professional
journalist and I work as a regional correspondence for the national newspaper
“Tribuna”. I cover events in the central regions of Russia. Also during many years I
work as a fixer and researcher for different foreign TV-companies and
newspapers. If you want to go to Russia to make stories, documentaries
or research I am glad to help you. Here I represents my stories and also some foreign
projects which were made with my professional help.
Why my help can be
important for you? First, I am experienced journalist, worked in different parts of Russia
more then 20 years. Next, I have a lot of contacts all over Russia, because our newspaper has a wide
corresponding net, which is spread all over Russia and some former Soviet republics.
So, I can get the information for you from the first hands. Also I am familiar
with the standards of Western journalism, so I know what do you expect to get.
Some words about me: I live in the big industrial city Yaroslavl 250 km from Moscow which is

also for its culture (Yaroslavl is the Motherland of the first Russian theatre
and here the first written Russian manuscript was found) and it is also one of
the biggest industrial city in the central Russia.
The newspaper “Tribuna”, where I work belongs to GAZPROM Media holding and
